Her career spans over 30 years as an entrepreneur, educator, and four-time EMMY Award winning media executive. She has represented the nation’s top financial corporations during the height of mergers and acquisitions. Her representation ensured them revenue, positive media, and community goodwill through effective transition strategies, special events, and PR.
Charlotte Vanita Merritts, with a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, became an Instructor of Physical Medicine and traveled throughout the world. A television, radio, and print Award winning media executive producer, on-air talent and department head for CBS and NBC, and the National President of the National Broadcast Association of Community Affairs. She launched a nation-wide PR company: Reflections and Associates Communicat.ions Network Group (RACNG) with satellite offices in 11 different markets.
She is an entrepreneur who has represented some of the nation’s top corporations, celebrities and dignitaries. She was editor of an art and cultural magazine, a contributing author, an author and professional coach to those in transition through C. Ottley Strategies. She was hired as the Director of Communications and Special Initiatives for Michael McMillan, License Collector of the City of St. Louis.
